Housing & Food

All our accommodations are top class and suited for any ladies in your party. Hot and cold running water and flush toilets are always available in all camps.

A variety of traditional South African dishes will be served along with various game-cuisine. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for.

Transportation

Trophies Africa provides well maintained and fully equipped hunting and safari vehicles. We also operate our own Bush plane aircraft to facilitate entry and exit into remote hunting grounds and also for scenic flights.

Air Travel and Your Safari

Flights may be arranged through our booking agent or privately. A list of animals that you would like to hunt is required at least one month prior to arrival.

Transportation will be awaiting you on arrival in the country, from where you will be taken to the hunting areas. The safari package includes all transportation, except specially requested air charters. Book your flight to OR TAMBO Johannesburg, South Africa.

International Transport of Firearms

Requirements for the transportation of firearms worldwide have become more stringent. Make sure you check with your airline which documents are required for your specific route. South African Customs will expect the following: Proof of ownership by way of gun license and/or Customs declaration letter from country of origin. Address and contact details for client while in South Africa. The firearm service is a free service, please do not pay anyone involved in handling of firearms and permits. Temporary import permits are not transferable. Limits of one firearm per caliber and 200 rounds per caliber per client will be allowed. There is no permit required for bows, nor any charge.
